What should I do if I have limited time for an HBOT session? ⏳

In a rush and not sure whether you can fit in a full 60-minute session?

Luckily, it's not just the longer 60-90 minute sessions that provide benefits for users.

Shorter duration sessions, typically ranging from 20-30 minutes, are increasingly receiving positive feedback - particularly from those using a lower pressure chamber.

💡 Remember, time spent in the chamber is just one component of successful therapy. Frequency is just as important - and it's better to indulge in a shorter session, than skip one completely.
