Excited to be in beautiful Malta for the Jalupro Conference ✨

Honoured to join leading colleagues and experts in aesthetic medicine to discuss one of my favourite topics — the shift from traditional volumisation towards a more regenerative and biologically respectful approach to facial rejuvenation.

Modern aesthetics is no longer only about “filling”.

Tomorrow I will be speaking at the Zafax Symposium in Prague, sharing insights on one of the most important shifts in aesthetic medicine today.

From volumisation to regeneration — we are redefining how we approach ageing.

I will be discussing tissue priming with Cellular Matrix, combining regenerative strategies with energy-based devices and injectables, and presenting my clinical experience and results in this evolving field.

Stepping onto the stage as a an aesthetic doctor,I’m honoured to share my perspective at the Congrès de Médecine Esthétique Régénérative et Fonctionnelle.

In this session, I will not only be presenting but also performing live injections on stage, demonstrating an advanced enzymatic approach to the lower face.

My focus will be on one of the most complex and defining areas
the lower third, including the submental and submandibular regions.

We are moving beyond traditional volumisation and reduction.
The future lies in targeted tissue remodelling.

Through an enzymatic approach, we can address:
• lipohypertrophy
• fibrosis
• skin laxity

not by masking, but by modulating tissue behaviour at a structural level.

This is a shift towards working with biology rather than against it
a more precise, regenerative, and patient-centred way of treating the face.
