Today would have been our 31st wedding anniversary. ❤️
Thirty-one years ago, I married the love of my life. It was one of the happiest days of my life, filled with love, laughter, family, friends, and dreams for the future.
Although we were blessed with only 11 years together before you were called Home, the love we shared has never left my heart. Time may pass, but precious memories remain, and I will treasure them always.
Today I celebrate not only our wedding day, but the incredible gift of having loved and been loved by you. Forever remembered, forever missed, and forever loved. ❤️

Sometimes all it takes is a peaceful beach sunset and a moment to realize what really matters.
Finding joy in the simple things hits DIFFERENT these days!

It’s definitely one of those chilly, mostly cloudy days in Lilydale! ☁️🐸
Feels like time to grab a cozy sweater and maybe sneak in a bit of knitting. Hot coffee is a MUST.
Who else is feeling that wintery vibe this morning? 🧣☕️

Celebrating my 9th year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

Can I be honest with you for a second? 💜

Before I fell in love with health and wellness, I was struggling. I felt tired all the time, my skin was all over the place, and I had NO idea that what I was putting in — and on — my body was playing such a huge role.

Then everything changed when I discovered products that actually supported my body from the inside out.

More energy. Clearer skin. Hair that started thriving again. A mindset shift I didn't even know I needed. 🙌

I became genuinely obsessed — not because someone told me to be, but because I SAW and FELT the results myself.

That's why I do this. That's why I'm back.

I want every single person I connect with to feel the way I do now. 💪

What's one thing you wish you could improve about how you feel right now? Tell me below 👇

Hey, it's me 👋

I've been quiet on here for a while — and I've missed this space SO much.

Life got real. Things shifted. And honestly, I needed time to realign with what truly matters to me.

But I'm back now, with more clarity, more heart, and a renewed passion for what I do — helping people feel GOOD from the inside out. ✨

Health. Wellness. Beautiful skin. Hair that thrives. Nutrition that actually works for YOUR body.

That's what I'm here for.

If we haven't met — hi, I'm Valme, If you've been here before — thank you for staying. This next chapter is going to be something special. 🌿
