The earth is flat. Just like the minimum entry point for sauna is being part of a run club. (Joking)

You feel how you wanna feel! 9 times out of 10, it leaves you buzzing.

Why STEAM matters? 💦

We take our sauna experiences very seriously so wanted to keep you guys in the loop.

have recently done some amazing research and found that humidity can be just as important as temperature in how your body responds to sauna.

When loyly (water onto the stones) is added the increased humidity:

1️⃣Raised heart rate 🫀
2️⃣ Raised core body temperature

The lesson - a proper sauna experience needs both heat and humidity 🤟🏼
