Mental Health Awareness Week 11th - 17th May
Next week is mental health week and a common misconception I often hear is that you should only reach out for therapy when you are in crisis. Therapy is there to support you through all stages of your life. Maybe you have some big life decisions coming up, you may be feeling stuck in a rut or maybe you want to understand yourself and certain behaviour better. Sometime you might just want to have a space to have a good old moan and feel heard. Therapy sessions are your space to use them however you want to.
