I know that finding a whole hour for yourself isn't always easy.

With that in mind, I've added some 15-minute sessions to my menu:

Perfect if you're curious about a treatment, short on time, or simply in need of a quick reset in the middle of the week.

I'll be at The Skin Studio on Wednesday, with a few appointments still available to book online. I'll also be keeping some spaces available for drop-ins, so feel free to pop in if you're nearby for a re-set.

The Boss demonstrating excellent boundaries this morning!

I never assume that because someone has booked a treatment they’re comfortable with every aspect of it. Before we begin, I’ll always ask whether there are areas you’d prefer not to be touched, and you’re welcome to change your mind at any point during the session.

Feeling safe and having your boundaries respected is an essential part of good bodywork. So always let me know. And be more cat!

The end of another lovely day at .x .

It's a real pleasure to spend my Wednesdays here getting to know new clients.

After building a practice in London, there's something very special about doing it in a place where you're actually likely to bump into people again! It's also been lovely to see some clients already booking their next appointments.

One of the (many) things I love about reiki is that it allows your own system to do what it naturally knows how to do.

You are your own healer.

My role is to create the space where your body and mind can settle.

We spend so much of our lives in stress and overwhelm, and deep rest becomes surprisingly rare.

Reiki offers an opportunity to pause.
