This is Francis. He is a member of the Larcom Street group on Saturday mornings at 8.30am.
He joined the group on 10th January and achieved his target weight on 11th April losing 2 stone 5lbs in just 14 weeks.
Since reaching his target weight, Francis has said that "losing weight has helped his mobility and he can now do more exercises that have been recommended by his doctor". He has also seen an improvement in his cholesterol level.
