Many years ago, during my training I created this sand-tray. It explored my battle with addiction and what needed to happen to get clean. It was a powerful moment, as I realised the depth and insight creative explorations could achieve. I love using sand-trays in my work, and my clients all appear to respond well to the powerful shifts that can occur ✨
