Well I found something new today. Not only is my shoulder buggered and my hips f***ed, now my knees sound like a squeaky floorboard 🤦🏻‍♀️
They won’t do their usual clicking and clunking. They sound like they need a good oiling 😂

Shoulder / left arm is buggered 😭
Can anyone recommend a really good physio / sports therapist who will be able to properly assess me, find out what the actual problem is and set me a specific treatment plan to fix it please?
Felt like crying with the pain in my session this morning and now even moving it hurts.

It’s safe to say my training so far this month hasn’t quite gone to plan. I’ve unfortunately been fighting with my broken mind once again, suffering debilitating panic attacks.
Thankfully I can identify my downfalls and now I can start putting my coping mechanisms back in place.
Tonight I started back at the gym in earnest. I’ve lost strength while not training, but I didn’t let that frustrate me. I know this set back is only temporary and my mental health is just as important as my physical health, so I’m glad I feel like I’m making the correct, positive steps forward again.
