We have a full time Reiki centre offering both treatments and training in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki via the UK Reiki Federation.

We encourage intuitive methods of Reiki practice alongside the standard methodical approach and we support all of our students from the first day to the last.

For us Reiki is a way of life and we look forward to sharing it with you.

The 21 days of Reiki have been completed by our new Reiki 1st degree students!

This is only the beginning and now the process of daily practice and journaling will continue with them.

Once you have studied, practiced and received Reiki together, a deep lasting friendship is formed.

This friendship is just one of the many, many beautiful things about Reiki as both a subject and a practice. It brings people together in harmony.

One of the best ways to increase your Reiki abilities and understanding of yourself is to experiment.

On our Reiki training courses students are encouraged to be practical.

It is our belief all living things have an energy or spirit. By going out into the world and using Reiki we can explore how we personally connect with different life forms.

We can also learn about how best we work as an individual and how that may change from plant to plant, tree to tree etc

Dominant hand or non dominant hand, hands on or hands off.

It’s a wonderful way to get to know you, your own Reiki and the natural world around you.

By journaling your Reiki walks and your experiences you will never lose those most valuable insights. 🌿
