The Reiki tenets (Gokai) are the most wonderful guide to living a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

I believe that if more people learned them and integrated them into their everyday life consciously that much improvement could be made personally and in the community.

Just like Reiki as a way of life they are simple, straightforward, practical and effective.

I start each day with them in mind. It’s not about being perfect as none of us are. It’s just about being mindful to do our best when and where we can.

We had an absolutely wonderful second degree Okuden course this weekend.

It’s an absolute blessing to meet other like minded people and to be a small part of helping others on their Reiki journey.

Exciting times!

Our Reiki 2nd Degree Okuden course will be taking place this weekend followed by another 1st Degree course next weekend.

We have more courses booked throughout the rest of this year also.

It’s always a beautiful thing to practice Reiki but to be able to share it with others is an incredible blessing.

REIKI 1st degree training course. 🌿

Here at the Reiki Room Long Eaton we are very lucky to have the space to offer training alongside treatments.

Our courses are very comprehensive and we are members of the UK Reiki Federation at Master/Teacher level.

If you are interested in taking your first steps in learning about Reiki and how it can become a part of your life then the 1st degree is for you.

Several people have secured their spaces already so we have limited spaces available for these dates.

However more dates will be released after this course also.
