Have your say on the future of healthcare in Norfolk and Waveney

Healthwatch Norfolk is working with the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group to find out what local people think healthcare should look like over the next 10 to 20 years.

They want to hear from people across Norfolk and Waveney, whether or not you have recently used hospital services.

The questionnaire asks about your experiences of healthcare, what matters to you when accessing hospital services and your views on how care could be delivered in the future.

https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/t/TheFutureOfHealthcareInNorfolkAndWaveney/

The questionnaire closes on 6 November 2026.

This survey is aimed at anybody living in Norfolk and Waveney who has used or might in the future use the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Kingโ€™s Lynn), James Paget University Hospital (Great Yarmouth), or Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (Norwich).

Weโ€™re pleased to share the first edition of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) newsletter. ๐Ÿ“ฐ

It is a forum for:
๐Ÿ’ฌ Constructive patient feedback and ideas
โค๏ธ Health information and useful updates
๐Ÿค Two-way communication between the practice and its patients

Please note that the PPG is not a complaints route or a clinical advice service.

We hope youโ€™ll take a look at our first newsletter and find it useful. Please visit the link below to read it: ๐Ÿ‘‡
