What is your priority for 2026?
We sit in that funny space between Christmas and New Year. Some haven't dressed for days, others are back at work and things are pretty normal.
If you are on the sofa, can you take some time to reflect on 2025?
If you are back at work, can you ask yourself are you satisfied with your normal?
What successes did 2025 bring? What challenged you? Energised or drained you?
What can you learn from those experiences?
As you look to the year ahead, and further, what do you want to have achieved with your health, career, relationships and personal growth?
Which of those are urgent, your priority?
Which are important, not urgent? These will be part of a longer term plan.
We need to be prepared to say no to distractions and things that don't support the main priorities.
I don't need to tell you that yoga is good for your health but also your personal growth, fostering self awareness and resilience whilst cultivating compassion and helping to manage emotions. And of course all of those ripple out through our relationships. Help us to mindfully consider changes we may wish to make in our work lives or simply our lives.
