Morning meditation, feeling the sun on my crown chakra and allowing the magic to activate in my body..✨

I love meditation and it’s something that has been an absolute game changer- knowing we hold the power to create a feeling in the body that we can return to.. we spend the majority of our time rushing round constantly thinking about the external or worrying about whats happening later, tomorrow, next week and what we need to do next.. meditation is something that helps us just think about NOW allowing us to be totally present.

It’s a practice, so something it can take time to get used to (switching your brain off even for 10 minutes can take work!) but the calmness and magic it can bring once you get it is so worth it ♥️

💃 Move your body - dance round the kitchen like nobody’s watching with your favorite music on if you want to?! - amazing for releasing energy and expression

😆 Laughter- what makes you laugh? Do that- we’re here to have fun ✌️

😌 Meditate- Bring calmness, quiet or connect with your future self

♥️ Listen to something that sparks your interest and fascinates you- get your brain excited

I’ve been thinking about this for a while now and feel this is needed.. alongside my 45-minute Reiki sessions, I am now offering 60-minute Reiki sessions for those who would like a little extra time to fully relax, restore, and rebalance. 💆‍♀️💫

A longer session allows for deeper healing, more time to unwind, and a gentler, unhurried experience for mind, body, and soul. 🌿

♥️A gentle reminder to slow down and check in with yourself this week. Start by placing one hand on your heart and asking yourself ‘how do I feel right now and what do I need?’

Just allow yourself to answer, with no expectation and no pressure ♥️

Stress and overwhelm often build quietly in the body before we fully notice them. Reiki can help create space for calm, balance, and emotional reset.

✨ How to Help Maintain Your Zen Between Reiki Sessions ✨

One of my favourite things to hear after a Reiki session is: ‘I feel so much lighter and calmer.’
That feeling when you get up from the Reiki bed is just beautiful 😍

But as incredible and healing as Reiki is, it’s only one piece of the jigsaw when it comes to supporting our mind, body, and energy.

If you leave your session feeling refreshed, but then return straight back into stress, overwhelm, and chaos, it’s natural for those feelings to feel like they fade quicker.
Self-care isn’t a one-off action (although I wish it was sometimes!).

It’s the small, consistent things we do every day that help us maintain balance and wellbeing between sessions.
Simple habits can help make such a big difference when practiced regularly:

🌿 A healthy, balanced diet-Nourishing your body with good food helps support your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

😴 A good sleep routine-Rest allows the body and mind to reset, heal, and recharge.

✋Healthy boundaries around stress-Protecting your peace and learning to say “no” when needed is one of the most powerful acts of self-care.

🌳 Spending time in nature-Fresh air, sunlight, and grounding yourself outdoors can calm the nervous system and lift your energy.

🎶Doing things that bring you joy-Whether it’s reading, music, creativity, movement, or simply laughing -fun and joy are hugely healing

📱 Filtering negativity (My Non-negotiable) Being mindful of constant news, gossip, or social media overload can help protect your energy and mental clarity. Try reducing your exposure and see how much of a difference you feel once you stop allowing all that in. Swapping the news and time on social media for positive and uplifting audiobooks or things that light you up and inspire you can make a huge difference♥️

Reiki can help guide your body back into balance -but the little things you do daily help you stay there 💫

The energy we carry within us has such a powerful effect on the external world around us. When we move through life feeling stressed, overwhelmed or frazzled, it can easily spill into the situations and conversations we have each day.

Taking time to nurture yourself isn’t a luxury -it’s so important. When we feel calmer, more balanced and more connected to ourselves, we’re able to respond with better awareness instead of reacting from stress or exhaustion.
And when we feel more grounded within ourselves, that energy flows outward too -not only in how WE feel, but also how those around us experience us ♥️ Magical ✨

Just one of the many reasons I adore Reiki ✨
