Well, well, well… what a wonderful visit to Well Pharmacy Longridge! 💙

It was fantastic to see the team producing amazing results through the Hypertension Case-Finding Service.

What really stood out was how clued up the whole team was on the eligibility criteria. This meant plenty of appropriate, proactive counter conversations creating opportunities to identify and bring eligible patients into the service.

It’s a great example of how teamwork, training and timely conversations can translate into increased productivity and better patient outcomes.

A strong reminder that successful service delivery isn’t just about having one person who knows the service inside out… it’s about making sure the whole pharmacy team feels confident, informed and ready to engage.
