APPLICATION OPEN DAY MAY 21, 2023 11:00-3:00 at the Children's Clinic for Cornwall Lostwithiel. If you have already submitted an application for an Assistance Dog this is a good day to meet the teams, volunteers and trainers to see if this is the right choice for your child or young adult. This is a busy festival and we recommend parents or guardians only and that you come on the train if possible. PM for a time slot and further information.
