Some days feel special. Today was one of them.

I felt privileged to soothe the heads, necks and shoulders of some amazing people at Boots UK in Nottingham today as part of their Benny Day event.

Different conversations- and yet one common theme. To feel well in order to perform well, recognising the value of a little time out to ease tension, loosen muscles and quieten minds. I loved the positivity and the authenticity- and I hope they all sleep well tonight. ❤️
