As a busy therapist, I spend my days looking after other people, helping them release tension, slow down, and reconnect with their bodies. But to do that well, I need to take care of my own body too.
Receiving regular treatments helps me stay physically well, manage the demands of my work, and ensure I can show up fully for the people who trust me with their care.
By maintaining my own wellbeing I ensure that my clients get the very best of me.
