Meet Sally! 👋🏻

Sally is one of our highly experienced physios with 18 years in practice, holding a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and MSc Sports Physiotherapy 🏃🏼‍♀️👐🏻

She’s worked in the NHS, private MSK practice, and elite sport including Welsh Ladies U19s football and British Athletics, and has been part of EMPC for 8 years.

Sally specialises in Achilles and plantar fascia pain, knee and ankle rehab, and frequently brings acupuncture and Pilates into her treatments 💪🏻

Outside the clinic, Sally is a former international pole vaulter for Wales & Great Britain 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇬🇧, and loves spending time outdoors with her family ☀️🚲
