I began my practice as a child and have noticed the benefits throughout my life - the continued flexibility and strength of my body and the ability to use my mind positively at times of enduring stress and grief. I qualified to teach in 2010 and really love sharing the experience of yoga with my students. The feedback I receive after classes is truly motivating and inspiring. The benefits to mind and body are transformational.
