📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to unavoidable medical staff shortages today, the surgery is operating with significantly reduced capacity.
For today, we can manage only a very limited number of calls, with priority given to emergency medical needs.
We understand this may be frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our staff are working hard to support patients as safely and efficiently as possible during this difficult period.
Please contact the surgery only if your request is an emergency. Where appropriate, please use alternative services such as your local pharmacy, Phone First or the out-of-hours service.
Emergency contacts:
• 999 – For life-threatening emergencies, such as chest pain, severe breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness or serious injury.
• Phone First – For urgent medical advice in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust area, please call 0300 123 3 111 before attending an emergency department. Phone First can advise you on the most appropriate service for your needs.
• GP out-of-hours service – Please contact your local GP out-of-hours service for urgent medical needs that cannot wait until the surgery reopens.
• Pharmacy – Your local pharmacist can provide advice and treatment for many common illnesses and minor ailments.
We appreciate your patience, understanding and kindness towards our staff while we work through this situation.
Thank you for your understanding.
