Just a little reminder to be kind. 🤍

Behind every small business is a real person.

I’m not a big company with a customer care team answering messages or people managing everything behind the scenes. It’s just me.

Every message, every booking, every class, every timetable change, every instructor, every problem… it’s me trying my absolute best whilst also juggling my family and everyday life.

I know I won’t always get everything right, and when I don’t, I’ll always hold my hands up and apologise.

Please just remember I’m only one person doing my best. A little kindness and understanding really do go a long way. 🤍

No booking? No problem. Simply pop in during our opening hours and, if the sunbed is available, we’ll get you straight on.
