It can help with various ailments from back pain to breathing problems, joint pain to lymphatic conditions and many more. Bowen Therapy is an effective hands-on physical therapy. It can support a wide array of physical and emotional conditions such as:

A Bowen treatment involves specific moves (rolling type move) being made over precise points on the body. It consists of the movement of soft tissue such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. These moves stimulate the nervous system and brain, as nerve pathways are triggered by actions that send essential information to the brain. This focuses the brain on the areas which require healing and initiates the process of repair. There are breaks during Bowen treatments of a few minutes for the nervous system and brain to respond effectively. These breaks are essential, and the length of the breaks will vary from client to client and with different procedures. Post these breaks, upon returning, the therapist will observe the body and check how the body has responded to determine what other moves/procedures are required for the client. Every client’s treatment is different, and thus moves/procedures will alter. Even if two clients have Bowen therapy for the same complaint (i.e., back pain), their treatment is likely to vary. This is because Bowen therapy treats the body as a whole, not in parts, and all treatments are tailored to the individuals’ specific presentations. This is what makes Bowen so effective. Price:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - price increase - April 2023
I am afraid, as is the same for most small businesses this year, I have had to introduce a slight price increase this April 2023. For all current, none new clients I will be bringing this into effect in May 2023 to enable some advance warning. I am honouring the loyalty scheme of £15 off every fifth session for any fifth session you are working towards. Post this there will no longer be a loyalty scheme.

I really do appreciate all your support and I really enjoy supporting all of you with your health and well-being. I do hope you understand this required change in price. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Fascia Bowen will help all my clients. Fascia Bowen works on a deep cellular level and thus is an excellent addition to the core Bowen moves.

Fascia Bowen moves can have a profound effect on the body. There is a vital link between the connective tissue system, especially fascia, which is part of the connective tissue system. Fascia envelopes all structures in the body from just below the skin to all vital organs, bones, cartilage, muscles, ligaments, tendons etc. Fascia supports holding these structures in place as a continuous web-like structure encompassing the body as a whole, wrapping around body structures. In addition, fascia has cutaneous blood vessels, nerves and lymphatics passing through it.
