My name's Sofia and I work as a Senior Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist with multiple years experience in both the NHS and the private sector.

I'm passionate about delivering high quality, evidenced based therapeutic care. I have a genuine commitment and enjoyment in helping others achieve their health, sporting and lifestyle goals and provide a friendly, person-centred approach to my work.
