✨ Take a few deep belly breaths
✨ Do a stretch
✨ Have a wee
✨ Get a drink
✨ Dance to your fave song 🎶
Will all help to calm our nervous system and tell our bodies that we’re safe 🙏
When our bodies don’t get little opportunities in the day to feel safe it can wipe us out leaving out depleted and burned out 🔥 ( that is hot not in a good way ) - not the best sentence but you know what I mean ☺️
