Tonight we practice the beautiful techniques we introduced on week one, breathing, body scanning, visualisation and positive affirmations. We remind ourselves how easy it is to take these away and practice in everyday 🤍
We introduce the Mind-Body connection and the strategies we can use to overcome the Fear/Tension/Pain cycle ⭕💪🏻.
We aim to understand and trust our bodies and how knowledge and tools can be our superpower 🦸🏻♀️
