Zero Tolerance

Today, we had an incident at our premises that resulted in the police being called.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, patients, and visitors will always be our top priority.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, violent, or antisocial behaviour. Any individual who behaves in this manner will be asked to leave immediately, and where necessary, the police will be contacted without hesitation.

We would like to thank our team for remaining calm and professional, and we appreciate the support of the police in dealing with today’s incident.

Thank you to the many people who visit us with kindness and respect every day. Your continued support means a great deal, and together we can ensure our surgery remains a place where everyone feels safe and welcome.

Just a reminder that the Practice runs a walking group with Be Well every Wednesday at 1.30pm. No need to book just arrive at the Practice shortly before 1.30pm as the team set off sharp to ensure we are back for afternoon clinics.
