Support Worker – Care at Home 💜

Care at Home are looking for a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting a lady living with an acquired brain injury.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support, keeping the lady’s individual needs, preferences and interests at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, reliable and committed to supporting her to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.

The Role

* £13.20 per hour + mileage
* 12 hours per week
* 3 days per week, Monday–Friday
* 10:30am – 2:30pm
* Own car essential due to the location, approximately 5 miles from Ludlow
* Holiday pay
* Uniform provided
* Full training provided
* Join a small, friendly and supportive team

We work mostly in Ludlow (within a 5 mile radius) but do prefer you have a driving licence.

We ask you are able to work some hours every other weekend- to suit.
