'All New Move to Thrive' - for people with dementia and/or Parkinson's, and their carers.
Two sessions each week provide fun and engaging movement to music for older people, people living with dementia or Parkinson’s, and their carers.
They run on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons at Oakengates Rest Rooms, Charlton Street, Oakengates, TF2 6BS:

Specially designed for people with dementia and/or Parkinson's and their carers, these sessions are led by qualified instructors and include time for socialising and refreshments.
The cost is £5 per person.
For those needing help attending sessions, trained support workers are available to accompany participants.
