New year, new location ✨
I’m excited to now be based at Ludlow Town Football Club.
Throughout this season, I’ve been working alongside Ludlow Town FC 1st team, offering pitchside support, injury treatment, and supporting player recovery.

I’m officially starting my own sports massage business and would like to introduce myself…

I have recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports conditioning, rehabilitation and massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University

I specialise in deep tissue and sports massage helping clients from muscle tension to injury recovery

I aim to work with a range of clients treating muscle based injuries- not just from sport but everyday life too.
