🌿Baby Reflexology Group Dates 2026 🌿

Registration is now open for our Baby Reflexology Groups up to October 2026!

I've already had lots of interest in the upcoming groups, and as I intentionally keep numbers small to ensure a relaxed and supportive experience for every parent and baby, I would encourage booking ahead where possible.

Each group runs over 4 weeks and includes:

✨ Gentle reflexology routines for your baby
✨ Support with common baby concerns
✨ Techniques to encourage relaxation and bonding
✨ Information to support your baby's development
✨ Time to connect with other parents in a welcoming environment

Please note: Our October group will pause for one week during mid-term break (week commencing 27th October) before resuming the following week.

Our groups are held at Brownlow Courtyard, just beside Lurgan Park.

Parking right beside our venue and plenty of room for prams etc

Groups last up to 90 minutes, approx 45 mins learning our routine of the week and another 45 mins to get a warm drink, a snack and time to feed your baby. You will never be rushed out 💞👣
