That's where the consultation comes in.

At LMC Medical Aesthetics, you don't need to arrive with a treatment already picked out. My job is to listen to your concerns, assess your skin and facial anatomy, review your medical history, and use my clinical knowledge to help work out what could genuinely benefit you.

Here's the truth nobody really wants to hear… 👀

You can buy the most expensive foundation, concealer and setting spray in the world, but healthy skin will always make the biggest difference.

That doesn't mean having perfect skin. It means looking after the skin you have.

At LMC Medical Aesthetics, my approach is to improve and support your skin, not hide it. Whether that's through medical-grade skincare, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP or skin boosters, treatment should have a purpose and be chosen around your skin and your goals.

I wish more people knew this before booking aesthetics… 🤍

✨ Research your practitioner
Look at their qualifications, medical background, experience and approach to safety. Don't choose someone based on Instagram alone.

✨ Have realistic expectations
A good practitioner will be honest about what a treatment can, and can't, achieve. Natural results take planning, and every face responds differently.

✨ Don't skip the consultation
Your consultation should cover your goals, medical history, suitability, treatment options, risks, downtime and aftercare. You should have the opportunity to ask questions and never feel pressured to book.

✨ Remember that healing takes time
Swelling, redness and other temporary changes can be part of the recovery process, and results may develop gradually. Don't judge your final result too soon.

When choosing an aesthetics practitioner, price should never be the only consideration. Look at their qualifications, medical background, experience, training, and most importantly, how seriously they take your safety.

As a qualified nurse, my medical background is at the heart of how I approach every treatment at LMC Medical Aesthetics.

Every day I get to combine medical knowledge with creativity, artistry, precision and an eye for balance. I love that no two patients are the same, and that every treatment can be tailored to the individual.
