Today, members of the Medics PCN Health & Wellbeing and Social Prescribing team attended the Luton Healthy Weight and Physical Activity Summit.

The discussions reinforced an important message: healthier lifestyles are not achieved through individual effort alone. They are influenced by the environments, communities and opportunities available to people every day.

At Medics PCN, we recognise the role primary care can play in supporting this wider approach. Through health coaching, social prescribing, community partnerships and prevention initiatives, we will continue to do our part in helping residents access the support, activities and resources they need to improve their health and wellbeing.

Creating a healthier Luton requires a collective effort, and we are proud to be part of that journey.

A really good morning with one of our favorite pcn's Medics PCN Health and Wellbeing Coffee and Chat Event at Futures House Marsh Farm.
A few information leaflets were asked for and duly given.
Look forward to the next one.
On another note we have now been going as Stroke Support for 3months and would like to thanks all those who have followed us and given us support to get this of the ground.
