We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our supportive team. This role is focused on coordinating rotas using our care management system.
✔️ Create and manage staff rotas
✔️ Ensure visits are allocated efficiently
✔️ Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service
Experience preferred but not essential — full training will be provided.
🕒 Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
