When families start to worry about eating habits, it is often not about appetite but about repetition.

Live-in Carer – Rugby
Long-term placement | Two weeks on, two weeks off

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable live-in carer for a long-term placement supporting a female client in the Rugby area. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide consistent, person-centred support and companionship.

About the role
Our client has reduced mobility and values remaining as active and independent as possible. She would like support to enjoy short walks during the day and visit her local church.

Due to the personal care involved, this placement requires a female carer. This requirement should be considered in line with the organisation’s approved recruitment guidance.

Key responsibilities
• Providing respectful personal care & supporting daily routines
• Preparing meals
• Completing light housekeeping duties
• Offering engaging companionship and emotional support
• Supporting short walks, community outings and visits to the local church
• Encouraging independence, activity and wellbeing

Essential requirement
Applicants must have a current DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service.

🎄We will be hosting a Festive Tea Dance on Wednesday 16th December 2026 🎄

We welcome all our clients family and friends to join us between 2pm and 4pm. There will be a singer to provide the entertainment and hopefully encourage a few of you to have a dance. Refreshments will be provided too.
