It can take courage to ask for help with something that’s been affecting your confidence.

Whether it’s unwanted hair, changes to your brows or lashes, or something you’ve been thinking about for a while, you’ll always be met with understanding, honest advice and a treatment plan that feels right for you.

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a hot stone massage, the stones aren’t simply placed on the body and left to work their magic!

Smooth, heated stones are used as part of the massage itself, with the warmth helping the muscles to relax as we work.

Many people find the combination of massage and heat particularly soothing, especially if they tend to hold tension through their back, neck and shoulders.

And don’t worry, they’re not hot hot! The stones are carefully heated and we’ll always make sure the temperature is comfortable for you.

So if you’ve spotted hot stone massage on our treatment menu but never really known what to expect, perhaps it’s one to try next time.

Did you receive a Country Spa gift voucher for Christmas last year? 🎁

Now might be a good time to dig it out and get something lovely booked in the diary.

Many of our Christmas gift vouchers expire in November and unfortunately, we’re unable to extend them beyond their expiry date.

Can’t find yours or not sure if you still have one to use? Don’t worry. Give us a call and, if you can tell us roughly when you received it and who it was from, we’ll usually be able to find it on our system for you.

We’d hate for your voucher to go unused, so please don’t leave it until the last minute. Booking sooner also gives you a much better choice of dates and times.

Then all that’s left to do is come in, switch off and enjoy it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you book. We’re here to offer advice, talk through any concerns you have and help you choose the treatment that’s going to suit your skin best.
