Tomorrow evening we are holding our first Sauna and sound meditation session hosted by David Shyen Green . It's going to be magical, Shyen will create sound in the sauna with breaks outside to plunge into the cool water, with the sound continuing lake side .
A unique and sensuous one hour meditative journey of sauna, swimming and sound bath.
