**Price Increase Announcement**
We regret to inform you that our mileage charge will increase from £0.45 to £0.55 per mile. This is our first fare adjustment in over 15 years, reflecting the need to adapt to changing economic conditions and enhance our services.
The new rate will apply to all voluntary community transport organisations nationwide. While some may choose a larger increase, we are implementing the minimum rate allowed to remain accessible to those who rely on us.
This change supports our mission of providing reliable transport while helping our volunteer drivers manage rising vehicle expenses due to high petrol prices.
