The woman behind Moov Chiropractic and one of the fantastic therapists working from Rejoov.

Tess is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. Whether thatโ€™s recovering from injury, managing aches and pains, or simply improving their overall wellbeing.

As well as being a brilliant chiropractor, sheโ€™s known for bringing great energy to the building. Particularly on a Monday morning when some of us are still wondering how itโ€™s already Monday againโ€ฆ๐Ÿ˜…

Over the last few days, weโ€™ve explored the benefits you feel, the adaptations happening beneath the surface, and what regular heat & cold exposure can do at a cellular level.

Not quite sure how that happened, but here we are!

Half the year has gone, but thereโ€™s still plenty of time left to do more of the things that make you feel good.
