Wessex Clinic Swam the Solent 🥳🌊🏊🏼‍♂️💪🏻

We all just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us with this challenge! We couldn't have done it without you!

Your encouragement got us through our training during these past few months and today at 5am, we all swam across the Solent! 💪🏻

We are overwhelmed with the donations...raising just over £3000 for the incredible charity that is Wessex Cancer Support 🥰

Once again, thank you to everyone that has helped us with this Swim! The question is .... whats next years challenge 🤔😂

Never ones to turn down a challenge and opportunity to raise money for a fantastic charity ....

A few of us members at the Wessex clinic will be swimming to the IOW on the 30th June.

FREEDOM DAY!

But NO CHANGES IN CLINIC!

To keep ourselves and patients safe during the global pandemic, and complying with the NHS and our governing body's requirements, we will CONTINUE TO WEAR PPE when treating.

Many of our patients are extremely vulnerable and so we request you also CONTINUE TO WEAR A WATERPROOF ("IIR") MASK.

We will also CONTINUE TO TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE
and CONTINUE TO ASK YOU TO SANITISE YOUR HANDS
and to WAIT OUTSIDE until it is time for your appointment.

The RECEPTION AREA NOT IN USE, so please don't turn up early as the receptionists cannot let you in.

You can request an appointment via Zoom or FACETIME if you are sick, self-isolating, or feel unable to wear a mask, have your temperature taken, or sanitise your hands.

We want you to feel safe coming to the clinic knowing we are taking all the precautions we can for your safety and for our safety.

It tickled me to discover that the “what3Words” address of our clinic is “crunched.impaired.rolled”! That’s before you come to see us, not after hopefully!
