Western/Medical Acupuncture - using anatomy and physiology to relieve pain, tension and tightness.
Stimulates nervous system - creates an active response - alters activity. Increase of blood flow = heat = muscle relaxant and promotes healing. Release of natural painkillers and neurotransmitters- serotonin, oxytocin, nonadrenaline, dopamine.

One of my clients last week was struggling to sleep and waking up every morning with headaches. After only one treatment, they slept through the night and woke up headache-free 🙌🏼
They are still headache free today.

Another was completely wiped out after treatment (common response!) as so many trigger points had been identified.
They then felt great the next day 🙌🏼

Attention: Guernsey 🇬🇬 Fully Booked + Recommendations.

I am completely fully booked until the 31st August, which is when I leave the island.
I am also fully booked the first weekend I am back - 30th Sep/01st Oct.

Apologies to everyone I have not been able to book in before I leave 🥺 Due to time restraints, I am limited to 7-8 clients per day.
If i am able to add any further slots on any days, I will be sure to contact those on my waiting list 🙌🏼

ALICE’S (kind of) LAST DAY IN GUERNSEY! 🙌🏼
Some information for you all…

Thursday 31st August 2023 is my last day seeing clients in Guernsey 😊
As that evening, I am putting all of our belongings on a boat to the UK!
As mentioned, I will be back on the last weekend of every month to see you all - I will open my booking system up for this soon and of course feel free to contact me directly to book! The first weekend I am back in Guernsey is: Saturday 30 Sept/Sunday 01 Oct.

My diary is fairly chaotic at the moment leading up to when I leave 😂 I am currently fully booked till Friday 18th August.
I am then in the New Forest the week of the 21st August, and then back in Guernsey from the 28th August for 4 days….. and then the big adventure begins!
(Monday 28th is fully booked).

THE SECRET IS OUT:
Alice is leaving Guernsey 🥲😌
Hi everyone! I’d like to make you all aware that I am indeed leaving the island.
I am heading off to set up life and business in the New Forest 🌳
A specific date is not yet confirmed but it will be within the next month, possibly within the next 3 weeks.
But all is not lost! I can confirm I will be back in Guernsey on the last weekend of every month to see clients 🙌🏼
More info will be provided about this in due course.

Everyone who currently has an appointment booked with me after the 12th August will be contacted directly by myself next week, when I have confirmation of a leaving date.

I’d like to thank every single one of my clients over the last 6 years. I wouldn’t be where I am without you, so thank you all for getting injured and being stressed 💕

I will keep you all updated!
