Hypnobirthing and prenatal yoga 🌿

I feel like I need to put a little post about my hypnobirthing and pre and postnatal yoga and a little about me and my passion for all things pre and postnatal 🤍

I studied around 6 years ago to become a yoga teacher. From there trained to be a pregnancy and postnatal yoga specialist which is where my love for yoga in this field stemmed from!

I had somewhat of a challenging birth and I desperately wish in hindsight that I had prepared a little for both the birth of my son. I wish I equipped myself with some basic knowledge on movement, breathwork and what happens to the body when you give birth

15 years ago when I first gave birth - the only anti-natal class I attended was an hour class where they brought the instruments that can be used in labour with a group of other very dazed parents to be ! That was the extent of my birth preparation

Postnatally was not much better. I rushed back into Pilates under my doctors instructions which left my diastasis recti even worse that after giving birth.

NOW - my passion is to EMPOWER women through yoga, breathwork and hypnobirthing. To help them understand what happens to the body when it births their baby. How it can be approached from a place of empowerment and knowledge as opposed to fear and shame.

I empower women to move with their bodies rhythm during birth and pregnancy. To trust their instincts and to understand their bodies instinctively know how to birth their babies.

✨ My little studio ✨

This space might be small, but it’s become one of my favourite places to be.

It’s where people come to move, breathe, rest, chat, laugh and leave feeling a little more like themselves again.

While I teach in a variety of settings, there’s something really special about working 1:1. It gives us the time and space to focus on exactly what you need.

My work isn’t really about touching your toes or perfecting poses. It’s about helping people feel more connected to themselves through movement, breath and mindful practices.

I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation, breathwork, pregnancy, hypnobirthing and postpartum wellbeing—but ultimately this space is for anyone looking for a little more balance, support and connection.

Tarifa, Spain yoga retreat 2026☀️

It is so hard to capture the weekend in just a few pictures. So here is phase one of some amazing memories with an amazing group of people

We laughed, ate, moved, shopped, practised yoga, relaxed, mediated, swam, hiked and SO much more

The space is beyond perfect and I am I am so grateful to have had such a beautiful weekend with amazing women.

Same time next year is booked - and I might be running. September one also so watch this space … 😉

The power of stillness. Just sitting and observing what happens in your mind. The purpose isn’t to eliminate the thoughts - it’s simply to notice.

The more you notice the more aware you become
The more aware you are the more mindful you become

….which is how you can cultivate a quieter mind and a more efficient nervous response system 🤍

Little update 🌿

So I have been a little quiet on here. For a few reasons!
I am coming to the end of my second year in Counselling Studies to become a Counselling Therapist. It’s required a lot of work and dedication and have recently found a placement so I am super excited to start counselling soon 🌿

Secondly I don’t really spend a huge amount on time in Instagram anymore which feels pretty freeing.

All in all just taking a little pause

Still teaching 🌿
Pregnancy yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Mother and baby and running my Hypno Birth courses, and private classes.
As well have some very exciting corporate sessions running soon 🌿
