✨ My little studio ✨
This space might be small, but it’s become one of my favourite places to be.
It’s where people come to move, breathe, rest, chat, laugh and leave feeling a little more like themselves again.
While I teach in a variety of settings, there’s something really special about working 1:1. It gives us the time and space to focus on exactly what you need.
My work isn’t really about touching your toes or perfecting poses. It’s about helping people feel more connected to themselves through movement, breath and mindful practices.
I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation, breathwork, pregnancy, hypnobirthing and postpartum wellbeing—but ultimately this space is for anyone looking for a little more balance, support and connection.
