🍃In nature the new year starts in spring. Everything is hibernating in winter, prepping for the slightly longer days when we start to see signs of growth and change🍃

🍃I'm always a fan of planning my year in February, disliking the ‘new year, new me' that bombards us at this time of year. January is a time for resting, much like in nature, and it's the perfect time to reflect on the previous year🍃

🍃If you're feeling low, heavy, unprepared, unmotivated, these are all synonymous with January's short days. Try to embrace and use your free time wisely. Prioritise rest. The promise of brighter days is on the horizon🍃

Last week I did another facial event at Perfumery & Company.

What I love about these events is being able to treat their customers to a little piece of calm during their busy day, with the added bonus of leaving with glowing skin.

I share skincare tips, product recommendations and wider holistic advice, all of which is individually tailored.

I’ve got to know many of those that book in to see me and it feels like a home from home. I think this was my ninth event there.
