The perfect way to close our first month in our new beautiful space. Today started with helping gather the grapes off this gorgeous vinyard. I cannot begin to express the joy of landing in a place were my heart called me to all those years ago . It was worth the wait because I had not taken on board the capacity of the journey unfolding, not only was i getting the most wonderful business partner but a whole new tribe.
I am so grateful to the whole setley family for embracing "my feral " and creating such a wonderful environment for myself and the work I do to flow . Thank you 🍇

As i sat in the stunning energy of the eclipse my heart filled with so much gratitude....
No pictures of the sun were captured, i just gave him my full pressence. A beautiful balance of the masculine and feminine, a connection that surpassed time, a devotion so deeply felt it echos out over the land and sky...

I hold fond memories of swallows nests, growing up in Africa they used the adorne our veranda. Yesterday while working away on our new "nest" at Setley Ridge Vineyard the swallows flew into the space almost like a blessing, a welcome.

Tracey-lee Glasspool has been a journey , a migration in a sense looking for a home and finally I found the perfect "veranda ".

But building a "nest" is always better when you find a friend that has the same vision and in supporting eachother, bigger things always unfold.

So just like that when Graham Carter | Movement • Mindset • Breathwork i crossed paths and recognised we held a similar dream, the keys turned, doors began to open and primal.rhythms was birthed into reality.

We are so excited to have "real doors" opening this August Setley Ridge Vineyard and even more excited to be surrounded by the "setley family " .

Thymeless Beauty will be weaving in holistic massages , Beauty and other tools to add to your wellbeing....

Graham will be bringing in movement, breathe, meditation as well as many other wonderful offerings....

And primal.rhythms will be running beautiful retreat days and workshops to Rewild and Reawaken.

Morning musings sharing my heart .....

" WITH LOVE ALWAYS AND TAKE IT HOW IT LANDS"
These are words I wove together a long time a go and have held sacred ever since.
They have been words i have lived by and held myself accountable too. You see the words hold a message within and these ones are about " SELF ".....

SELF RESPONSIBILITY
SELF AWARENESS
SELF ACCOUNTABILITY
SELF LOVE
SELF COMPASSION
AND FOLKS THATS NOT SELFISH

Todays world seems to be a place where we are told what to do and how we are supposed to do it....
We are placed in boxes and labeled...
We place blame ...
Take no responsibility...
And have the expectation of instant gratification and entitled attitudes....

I have really felt this over the last few months . Vulnerable in my rawness , exposed in things i have loved and compressed in my passion.
So I share .... My heart through words , the essence of me to be witnessed.Not to justify, but to be present and visible for those who are only currently meeting me with the eyes in their heads not the eyes of their heart...

SELF RESPONSIBILITY IS YOURS AND MINE
LISTEN, SPEAK AND ACT WITH LOVE ALWAYS....

HOW YOU RECEIVE OTHERS , THEIR WORDS AND ACTIONS IS YOURS .....

WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH OURSELVES 100% OF THE TIME IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU DONT LIKE , CHANGE IT, DO THE WORK...

AND FOR THE LOVE OF THE GODDESS STOP THE B*LLSH*T .....
BE UNQUIE, WE DONT NEED BOXES TO FIT IN OR LABELS TO COMPRESS OUR WILD CREATIVE SPIRITS..

Thymeless Beauty has and always will be the love and passion of a 9 year old African girl with a dream.
She did the work, got the certificates and then grew.
I am meeting you as a mother who struggles but loves fiercely....
A women who has navigated love , loss , self doubt and finding all of the parts of myself again.
And a therapist who follows her heart and hands uniquely and always from the depths of the greatest care.
