I’ve had to raise my prices to cover new venue costs, I’ve not increased my prices in years, so I will offer class passes and we new have free parking and herbal tea on offer 👌🏻

My tenth birthday 🎈☀️✨ ten years since I held my first class (with one customer! Who I’m still good friends with 😍) to then grow to what I have now is so ACE 💪

I had a little gathering in the beautiful to celebrate my women, we had soft drinks and sweet treats, relaxing with a lovely view of the meadows - so many babies and children came 🥹

for being amazing hosts and gorgeous plants

and and and with all donations going to a very important charity

I’m still buzzing for seeing so many faces from across the whole of my yoga teaching career of ten years - bumps, babies, mums and midwives 💛 I’m so chuffed this is what I get to do every week, helping women relax and make time for themselves to stretch, laugh and feel better - YOGA IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA

🥹 It’s hard to explain what an amazing feeling it is watching pregnant women connect, begin friendships, relax and laugh together. It’s SO GOOD! Then I get to meet the babies and tickle their toes (I’m obsessed with tiny toes!!) oh and we do yoga to help ease aches and pains and sleep better!

So thank you to each bump who has made it to the mat in a class with me and supported my biz, and most importantly made time for themselves to relax and bond with their baby ✨
