10 Months On: The Success of Gravity Reformer Pilates at Inverclyde 🤩

Almost 10 months ago, Inverclyde Leisure – Greenock Sports Centre launched their Gravity Reformer Pilates classes with Total Gym New Age Pilates Reformers — and the results have been incredible.

Since launching, the classes have continued to grow, with sessions filling up and members embracing the benefits of reformer training.

From improving strength and mobility to building confidence and enjoying a new way to move, members are experiencing the difference that consistent Reformer Pilates can make.

Jennifer’s Journey: Strength, Determination & The Power of Movement 💪

After a life-changing accident left Jennifer Smyth paralysed from the chest down at just 16 years old, she was told she may never walk again.

But Jennifer refused to give up.

A decade of dedication, rehabilitation, and relentless determination has taken her on an incredible journey — from adapting to life as a wheelchair user to founding Jenn’s Gym, a charity supporting people with neurological conditions.

The Total Gym Power Tower has played a key role in Jennifer’s training, helping her safely build strength, improve movement, and continue working towards her goal of walking again.
