International Women’s day is an occasion to celebrate the achievements of women, to review how far women have come in their struggle for equality. The theme for the 2025 campaign is ‘Accelerate Action’ the message is to speed up the rate of progress world wide. This is because at the present rate of progress, it will take until 2158 to reach full gender equality according to data from the World Economic Forum. Certainly food for thought 🤔👣
