An independent Yoga studio, beautifully renovated to serve the North West of England. Our experienced and qualified teachers integrate the traditional tools and teachings of Yoga with a modern understanding of anatomy and the body-mind connection. We run a variety of classes and yoga styles catering to all levels of ability. We host a variety of Yoga workshops from our studio and run Yoga retreats

- weekends or week long - in the UK and abroad.
