We are inviting early expressions of interest from anyone who might be interested in taking it on. Coed Phoenix comprises approximately 11 acres (4.5 hectares) and has been developed over more than 20 years from a former commercial forestry plantation into an established private nature reserve, with developing native woodland, glades, wetland habitats, a lake and five wildlife pools.

🌿 Almost 1,000 species recorded
🌳 Around 8,000 trees planted over two decades
💧 Lake and five wildlife pools
🦉 Established wildlife and conservation interest
🚶 Tracks, paths and boardwalks
🛖 Existing cabin and infrastructure
🌙 Peaceful setting with wonderfully dark skies

Over the years, the reserve has hosted wildlife workshops, a volunteer programme and low-impact nature-based stays. It is situated near Bronant, approximately 15 miles south of Aberystwyth and 7 miles from Tregaron, with practical road access.

Anticipated guide price / offers invited: £149,000.

At this stage we are particularly interested in hearing from people who may have a genuine interest in the property ahead of formal marketing. We have prepared preliminary sales particulars with further photographs and information, which we are happy to send to interested parties.

Elixir stage 7 🔥✨… making from scratch, growing the herbs, hand sticking and stamping … it takes time … thanks founding citizens for your patience … not everything will take this long 🌟

The log bee hive is coming along really well .. the other day as I walked past it, my girlfriend remarked how much water was pooled up in it! I half joked about letting water do the work to make the hole for the bees … but when I got back to chopping today I discovered that the various times of water sitting in the log hole had indeed done some great work at rotting out a centre just as with natural bird, bat and bee homes for all of ecological history! 🐝🦉🦇… what a cool method and there’s a lot to be learned here I think about working with natural processes … anyway I was mighty glad of a helping hand 🪾✨🌿

It’s that time of year = preparing for storms and winter eventualities… I love it , getting snowed in, storms and wood burners, collecting branches in the lull, outdoor fires and kettles, dark skies and swooping owls …
