Hope you are keeping well and spending a happy Easter at home. Below is an easy-to-follow video of a 10-minute exercise called 八段锦(Baduanjin) suitable for all, except during pregnancy.

The exercise helps to build lung capacity and promote general relaxation; a thousand year breathing exercise to help strengthen the immune system.

Keep your breathing slow and relaxed - you do not need to inhale too deeply.

In upward motions breathe in, and breathe out when your hands come down. 🍃

We do this once or twice everyday at anytime, and it can be done anywhere!
