I had the best day pampering one of the nicest families I’ve ever met today at . So welcoming and friendly, an absolute pleasure to treat. I was lucky enough to sample Eton mess dessert from the fabulous . Their hog roast rolls looked amazing! I can’t wait to try more of their food when I go to their venue to try! Yesterday I had the pleasure of providing aromatherapy massages outdoors at the stunning Penhein Glamping 💚

Nestled beneath the trees, surrounded by birdsong, with crisp white sheets, gentle breezes and the calming scent of essential oils… it was the perfect setting for complete relaxation. 🍃🕊️

The natural shade from the trees kept everything beautifully cool, making it an incredibly peaceful and comfortable experience for my lovely clients. Sometimes the best spa is the one that nature creates for us. 🌳✨

On Sunday I had a wonderful horsey day, starting with a gentle ride around the arena. A few hours later, I watched Holly from Gloucestershire Equine Salt Therapy (she’s mobile-like me!) give this beautiful horse a salt inhalation treatment to help improve its breathing and clear its lungs.

As I was in the stable while the treatment was taking place, I got to enjoy the benefits of the salt therapy too! 🌿💨

It was such a lovely reminder that wellness isn’t just for us humans – our animals deserve a little TLC as well. Whether it’s helping us relax, breathe easier and recharge, or supporting the health and wellbeing of our four-legged friends, looking after ourselves (and our animals) is always worth it. ❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting and doing a lashlift on this lovely young lady.
It was her first time, so understandably a little bit apprehensive. I showed her the products and explained every step along the way.
Her reaction at the end was priceless, so happy and literally bouncing with joy! She couldn’t believe that these were her own lashes. I so wish I took a before photo as the transformation was huge!
